Remodeling
Sechrist Construction and Remodeling has successfully completed dozens pf whole house remodeling projects. We also have completed over 200 room additions. In most cases the project begins with the selection of an architect. Then a meeting between the homeowner, the architect and a representative from Sechrist will commence where the homeowner can share their vision for their home and their anticipated budget. The architect will draft drawings that detail the scope of work to be preformed and a preliminary project cost will be established by an experiences Sales and Estimating team from Sechrist Construction & Remodeling.
Additions
Sechrist Construction and Remodeling has successfully completed over 200 new room additions, patios and porches in North Central PA. Many home owners want to add living space to their home for gathering areas such as a sun room, covered porch, or new patio. This is easily accomplished when you chose the team from Sechrist Construction & Remodeling to work with you. We will provide you with one of our experienced in- house project managers who will oversee your project from beginning to completion.
Windows and Siding
Sechrist Construction and Remodeling has a separate Replacement Windows and Siding division. The benefit this provides to you, our customer, is that there is not an additional mark up by the dealer. We will save you money and make your job more efficient.
Handyman Services
Because of Sechrist Construction and Remodeling's reputation of being the highest quality remodeler in Cogan Station, PA and surrounding areas, many people think we only do large projects. However, no job is too small for us, but you still get the same quality as in a large project because we have the same skilled craftsman on various projects.
