Sechrist Construction and Remodeling has successfully completed dozens of whole house remodeling projects. We also have completed over 200 room additions. In most cases the project begins with the selection of an architect. Then a meeting between the homeowner, the architect and a representative from Sechrist will commence where the homeowner can share their vision for their home and their anticipated budget. The architect will draft drawings that detail the scope of work to be performed and a preliminary project cost will be established by an experienced Sales and Estimating team from Sechrist Construction and Remodeling.
Sechrist Construction and Remodeling will oversee the entire project and provide a single point of contact for the homeowner with our staffed Project Manager. This will provide seamless execution of your dream project and make this a fun and exciting time to watch your dream home take shape!!
